Unfortunately, it’s incredibly hard to troubleshoot issues online without being able to run tests of any sort.
Luckily, you should be able to find every troubleshooting and replacement procedure you’ll need to find what’s causing the issue and fix it in this 1999-2006 Honda HR-V Service & Repair Manual.
