Unfortunately, it’s incredibly hard to troubleshoot issues online without being able to run tests of any sort — there could be a problem with the ignition system, fuel system, etc.
Luckily, you should be able to find every troubleshooting and replacement procedure you’ll need to find what’s causing the issue and fix it in this STIHL 009/010/011 Chainsaw Service & Repair Manual.
