Unfortunately, this Toyota HiAce Electrical Wiring Diagram Manual doesn't specifically cover the "Wellcab" configuration.
However, considering that the "Wellcab" model is mostly a variant designed to be more spacious and comfortable for passengers in the back and typically features a higher roofline, a longer wheelbase, and occasionally, different seating arrangements, I would assume the electrical system would be quite similar to any other model.... aside from wires that could be longer due to the longer wheelbase.
