Unfortunately, it's incredibly hard to troubleshoot issues online without being able to run tests of any sort, and a bunch of different things could cause the heating system to go awry — the blower could be faulty, a fuse could be blown, the climate control could be short, etc., etc.
Luckily, you should be able to find every troubleshooting and replacement procedure you might need to fix the problem in this 2006 Cadillac DTS Service & Repair Manual.
