Unfortunately, it's incredibly hard to troubleshoot issues online without being able to run tests of any sort. I would normally suspect a CV joint, but considering that you mention it only happens in "4x4 high", it could also be related to the transfer case or a couple of other drivetrain or suspension components — impossible to be 100% sure with so little information about the vehicle and the specific condition.
