Hi!
This 2008-2012 Chrysler Town & Country Service & Repair Manual does contain the wiring diagrams and troubleshooting procedure for the power seat recliner motor.
However, and quite unfortunately, it doesn't seem to contain the procedure to remove and replace the said motor, and only contains the procedure for the mechanical variant — I can only assume the manufacturer left the powered variant out because both are quite similar, aside from the fact that one has a lever and the other has a motor, which only requires a couple of bolts to remove (most of the job is to test the motor and actually access it to test/replace it, and that is indeed covered in the manual).
