Unfortunately, it's incredibly hard to troubleshoot issues online without being able to run tests of any sort. There could be an internal short, wires could be skinned somewhere, the relay could be sticking, etc, etc.
Luckily, you should be able to find every troubleshooting and replacement procedure you'll need to fix the problem in this 2012 Hyundai Sonata Service & Repair Manual.
