Unfortunately, it's incredibly hard to troubleshoot issues online without being able to run tests of any sort. Still, since the power seems to drop when turning on other electric components, I would suspect a failing alternator. However, it could also be caused by a bad ground connection and pretty much any unexpected resistance in the circuit.
Luckily, you should be able to find every wiring diagram and testing procedure you might need to find and fix the problem in this 2015 Kia Sportage Service & Repair Manual.
