It's hard to tell to be honest since this 1986-2001 Rover Vehicles Service & Repair Manual is software-based and the sections are split into different files, making it faster to find the information you are looking for.
However, I can safely say that the manual itself is extremely detailed and contains every removal and replacement procedure provided by the manufacturer — I'd say it's as complete as it gets!
