Nah... A service and repair manual is the manual used by professional mechanics to repair your vehicle, and as such, contains troubleshooting and replacement procedures, wiring diagrams and exploded-view illustrations.
The owner's manual, on the other hand, is basically the manual provided by the manufacturer when you bought the car (the manual frequently kept in the glove box) and is more like an instruction manual, describing what each control is used for and covering operation instructions and the manufacturer's recommended service schedule.
