Technically, yes, the "Eco OBD2 Fuel Saver" thing should fit the 2001 Chevrolet Blazer and connect to the OBD2 port under the dash.
However, I say "should" for a reason... The Eco OBD2 basically does nothing at all.
Indeed, this product has been thoroughly tested and turns out to be nothing more than a small plastic box with a couple of lights hooked to it... Once opened, you'd see that there is simply no chip or component with the power to change anything to your vehicle's programming in there....
It's basically a scam — nothing more.
