Unfortunately, it's incredibly hard to troubleshoot issues online without being able to run tests of any sort and a wide range of issues could cause your taillights to stop working — there could be a bad contact with the ground, a wire could be cut or short, the fuse or relay could be burnt, etc, etc.
Luckily, you should be able to find every troubleshooting and replacement procedure you’ll need to fix the problem in this 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor Service Repair Manual.
