Yep! This 2003-2006 Kia Sorento Service & Repair Manual does contain the removal and replacement procedure for the engine, including step-by-step instructions, torque specs, clear images and exploded-view illustrations.
Unfortunately, it's only in English though.
However, you can always use it in combination with Google Translate. Of course, it’s nowhere near perfect, but it’s sure better than nothing.
