Looking at the specs, the Deutz-Fahr Agrotron K410 and K420 seem identical (same specs, same capacities, etc), aside from the different power output (100hp for the K410 and 112hp for the K420).
Put simply, yes the repair manual for the K420 should work for the K410 to a significant extent. However, I have to admit that I am not a farm equipment specialist and I'm honestly not sure how the manufacturer achieved the different power output (I mean whether or not it used different internal components or just tweaked the settings).
Still, for the most part, this manual should work fine for the K410, K420, and K430 Profiline models. ✌
