Unfortunately not — this STIHL 4180 Powerhead Service & Repair Manual only covers troubleshooting and repair procedures for the powerhead itself, not the equipment it's fitted onto.
Moreover, I'm no expert on landscaping equipment, but as far as I can tell, the HT103 seems to be equipped with a STIHL 4182 motor. Both are quite similar but there might be several differences not covered by this manual.
