Unfortunately, it's incredibly hard to troubleshoot issues online without being able to run tests of any sort, and when it comes to miscommunication between modules, pretty much impossible. There are so many components involved here and any of them going faulty could cause this issue. As for the lack of a speedometer, the PCM could be using a wheel speed sensor to source the vehicle's speed, which could point out to a faulty sensor. However, since you mention that the ABS module can't communicate with the PCM, it might also just be the ABS module not sending the WSS signals to the PCM.
Then, faulty wiring, bad sensors, incorrect programming, a blown module, could all cause very similar symptoms so a little troubleshooting will be required here.
Luckily, you should be able to find troubleshooting charts and the corresponding replacement procedure to fix everything in this 2004 Chrysler Crossfire Service & Repair Manual.
