The torque specifications for the timing chain replacement should be available in this Kia Borrego 2009 Full Service Repair Manual (I see no reason why it wouldn't be in there in fact, since it's quite vital information when replacing a timing chain and a repair manual without that info wouldn't be a very good repair manual lol).
