Unfortunately not. In fact, repair manuals never contain key duplication procedures (or at least, I've never seen one that did).
The main reason is that there is technically no such thing as a specific key duplication procedure. For instance, when a client needs a new key, there are usually 3 options:
1- If it's an old model with a regular key, the procedure is the same as any other house key, so there is not really a specific procedure for that and the key duplication process is usually done by a locksmith;
2- If the key is a newer laser-cut model, they can't be duplicated and need to be ordered from the dealer directly;
3- If the car doesn't have a key but a start-stop button with a key fob, well, there's no key duplication procedure required at all.
That being said, if you own a 05-09 Jeep Grand Cherokee, scenario #1 is probably the one applying to you so duplicating the key is a simple affair. However, once the new key is duplicated, it will still need to be programmed to the SKREEM immobilizer system.
Luckily, you'll find everything you need to do that in this manual. ✌
