This one is a rather tricky question.
Interestingly, New Holland states to have "invested in a new dedicated LM production line between 2012 and 2013" in the hope of rejuvenating the brand, now part of the Fiat Group — but it doesn't say where.
As a general rule, New Holland products are made by the manufacturer itself, in its own manufacturing plants and all telehandlers (as far as I can tell) seem to be produced in its Center of Excellence for Hay and Forage in Pennsylvania. However, where it gets tricky is that New Holland has 18 plants spread around the world, is present in 170 countries and several components and power units are sourced from various suppliers.
But in short, who makes New Holland telehandlers? New Holland itself. ✌
