Unfortunately, this 2006-2013 BMW X5 E70 Service Repair Manual doesn't contain the battery's replacement procedure, per se. However, I would suggest a quick Google search; you'll see that it's fairly simple — probably why it's not in the repair manual, in fact (manufacturers usually leave out the easy stuff to keep the number of pages under control).
