Unfortunately, while you'll find several exploded-view illustrations of the drivetrain in this 2008-2010 Yamaha Rhino 700FI Service & Repair Manual, including the front and rear constant velocity joints, differential gear, final drive gear, driveshaft, and where all the seals are located, it doesn't provide a procedure to replace the seals, per se.
It provides the complete procedures to remove, disassemble and re-install everything, but nothing specifically about "how" to replace the seals. However, these seals are pretty common so once you're there, a quick Google search will show you how this step is done — it's fairly easy, you'll see. 👍
