Sure! This 1976-1986 Jeep CJ-7 Factory Service Repair Manual does indeed cover the fuel tank removal procedure (look for page 186). However, I can't seem to find a procedure to remove the skid plate. That might either be because it was an optional component or because the procedure is relatively simple.
