Hum... good question... This Kubota T1400 Factory Service & Work Shop Manual only mentions the T1400 & T1400H models with 389CC (GH400V-L) engine.
However, assuming that HST refers to the Hydrostatic Transmission (I say "assuming" because I am a mechanic but not a tractor specialist lol), which this manual covers extensively, I would tend to think that it should work for your specific tractor model too.
