Since the Spider is technically nothing more than a Modena with a soft -top, this Ferrari 360 Spider Complete Workshop Service Repair Manual covers both the Modena and Spider. Of course, if you are specifically after the procedure to disassemble the Modena's headliner, it won't be in there but aside from that, it's basically the same.
