Nah. Unfortunately, this 2001 Ford F-450 Super Duty Service & Repair Manual Software only covers the generic F-450 model, not the specific Ambulance.
Still, it covers the same engines, suspension, steering, and all, but might overlook some of the specifics of the Ambulance variant. However, since ambulances are usually modified after purchase and built according to the customer's specifications some things may differ. Some have bigger alternators so they can power up a lot of electrical components even when idling for a long time (some have two alternators instead of a big one), bigger batteries, sometimes an extra one, bigger brakes, bigger suspensions in some cases.
All that to say that I doubt you can find one manual covering all the different types of ambulances. Those are usually region-specific; ambulances in Canada are different than those in New York, which are also different than Texan ones for instance.
