If by servicing procedure, you mean "replacement", then yes, this 1999-2001 Toyota Yaris Workshop Manual covers everything you need to test and replace your starter.
However, since I think you might be referring to the overhauling/rebuilding procedure, then unfortunately not. Most manufacturers don't recommend rebuilding components anymore and suggest replacing them instead. Of course, I don't mean that it can't be rebuilt, just that manufacturers don't provide the related procedures anymore.
