The engineers and designers of NOVITEC have now developed a broad customization range that further hones the talents of this two-seater. It includes tailor-made aerodynamic-enhancement components, which received their finishing touches in the wind tunnel. They can be produced not only from exposed-structure carbon but optionally also from forged carbon, a composite that gives the bodywork components a very special look. The NOVITEC alloys, which were developed in cooperation with Vossen, also play an important role in the extravagant appearance. The combination of 20-inch and 21-inch wheels at the front and rear places even greater emphasis on the wedge shape of the powerful mid-engine sports car. NOVITEC offers performance tuning in three stages for the twin-turbo V8, culminating in a peak output of 618 kW \/ 840 hp and 889 Nm peak torque.<\/p>\n<p>The NOVITEC RACE high-performance exhaust system not only contributes to performance optimization but produces a particularly thrilling V8 exhaust note to boot. It is also available in an especially exclusive variant with fine gold plating. With the maximum NOVITEC performance upgrade under the hood, the two-seater slings itself from rest to 100 km\/h in a mere 2.6 seconds. The top speed increases to 336 km\/h. In addition, the German automotive refinement specialist offers exclusive upgrades for the cockpit design of the McLaren. For decades, the NOVITEC designers have had one mission: giving the world\u2019s most exclusive cars an even more fascinating appearance and further optimizing their aerodynamic efficiency. For the 750S, they have developed components with full-blooded racing looks produced from exposed-structure carbon. These components are distinguished by an outstanding combination of lightweight construction and high strength. NOVITEC gives the front of the sports car a striking facelift with exposed-structure carbon inserts in the headlight wells, and the N-LARGO trunk lid. What is more: The NOVITEC front lip spoiler for the production fascia lends the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emanualonline.com\/blog\/tag\/mclaren\">McLaren<\/a> even sportier looks and reduces front-axle lift at high speeds as well. The sides of the 750S are enhanced with carbon housings for the side mirrors and the rocker panels. Exposed-structure carbon covers for the entrances welcome the occupants to the cockpit. The aerodynamic fine-tuning done the NOVITEC way also includes the carbon trim for the air intakes on both sides of the vehicle. They route the airflow even more precisely to the engine in order to supply it with combustion and cooling air. They are produced exclusively for NOVITEC by the American high-end manufacturer Vossen using state-of-the-art forging technology and CNC machining. Like the MC3 rims with seven twin spokes offered as an alternative, these alloy wheels come in 72 different color variants and also offer a choice of brushed or polished surface finish. The size 9Jx20 front wheels with 255\/30 ZR 20 high-performance tires make full use of the available space under the fenders as do the size 12Jx21 rims on the rear axle, which are fitted with tires of size 325\/25 ZR 21. The NOVITEC sports springs lower the ride height of the McLaren by about 25 millimeters, resulting in further enhanced looks and even more direct handling. The 4.0-liter eight-cylinder with two turbochargers provides an excellent basis for powerful tuning. The engine specialists of the tuner have developed three different performance kits for the 750S. All three are based on the plug-and-play NOVITEC N-TRONIC auxiliary control unit, which is adapted to the electronic engine controls of the vehicle and introduces new maps for injection, ignition, and boost pressure control.<\/p>\n<p>In the most powerful performance stage, which additionally comprises a NOVITEC RACE high-performance exhaust system and metal catalysts, the peak output of the engine increases by 90 horsepower while peak torque grows by 89 Nm. Consequently, the turbocharged V8 with NOVITEC tuning puts out an impressive 618 kW \/ 840 hp at 7,500 rpm and produces a peak torque of 889 Nm at 6,300 rpm. This also benefits the vehicle\u2019s performance, of course. The tuned 750S hits 100 km\/h just 2.6 seconds after the start and reaches 200 km\/h in just 6.9 seconds. The top speed increases to 336 km\/h. On the road, the NOVITEC performance boost is not only evident in the further improved figures, but also in an even more immediate throttle response and even greater pulling power. The installation of a NOVITEC high-performance exhaust system makes sense for any McLaren 750S even without engine tuning. The exhaust system, whose two 110-millimeter tailpipes come in different versions, is fully thermally insulated in favor of reduced temperatures in the engine bay. It is manufactured from stainless steel or optionally from lighter yet INCONEL, a material used in Formula 1 racing and aerospace engineering. The most exclusive variant is fitted with999 fine gold plating, which offers better heat dissipation still. In addition, the NOVITEC product range includes lighter and even more efficient sports catalysts. NOVITEC also offers refinement at the highest levels of individuality and quality for the cockpit of all sports cars from McLaren.
