Have you ever heard of or seen a car entirely made of wood? Here’s the Interstyl Hustler, a kit car made entirely out of wood!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course, the Hustler 4 has somewhat of a boxy design. It’s a kit car entirely made of marine plywood, after all. Everything from the wheels to the pillars, dashboard, floors- all of that is made up of wood. Even the gear shift knob is wooden.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the engine bay has an additional wooden firewall, wooden core support, and inner fenders made of wood. Interestingly, in case of an unfortunate accident or collision, the Hustler 4 features splinter zones rather than crumple zones.<\/p>\n

With that being said, the Hustler does have some parts from other materials. For instance, the underside is fiberglass, while the steering wheel, front and rear subframes, as well as the instrument cluster, come from a Mini.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the headlights and taillights come from a Hillman Hunter and Triumph Dolomite. Albeit, the source of the singular wiper and the external rear-view mirror are unknown.<\/p>\n
