BMW has officially introduced the 2022 2 Series Coupe with a sleek design, more capable engines, and enhanced handling and performance.<\/p>\n

The second-generation BMW 230i and M240i xDrive were scheduled to debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, but the Bavarian company already released all the specs, so we don’t have to wait any longer. Let\u2019s dive straight into it.<\/p>\n

Over the front, BMW has used three-dimensional textures, triangular patterns, and diagonal edges to provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The front bumper has been lowered, whereas the more traditional kidney grilles have vertically aligned air flaps that can be electrically controlled for more airflow to the engine. Also, there are single LED headlights, unlike any modern BMW car, along with U-shaped daytime running lights and integrated turn signals, a nod to classic BMW 2002s.<\/p>\n

A striking shoulder line starts at the headlights and goes down the flanks to join the tail lamps. The front and rear wheel arches are also more prominent, similar to the older BMW 1 Series M Coupe. At the back, there is a short trunk with a beautifully combined spoiler. Moving a little downwards, the BMW 230i Coupe sports circular exhaust tips while the BMW M240i xDrive Coupe has trapezoid-shaped ones.<\/p>\n
