Consequently, it only made sense when the German automaker announced a brand new Touring package for the 992 generation. The new 2022 GT3 Touring ditches the rear wing hanging from the swan neck pylons in favor of an automated rear spoiler that can be raised or lowered with just a touch. Other notable changes include a shiny Touring badge on the rear bumper and silver exhaust tips.<\/p>\n<p>Under the hood, the 2022 GT3 Touring comes with a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six producing a whopping 502 horsepower and 346 lb-ft of torque with a 9000 rpm rev limiter. The seven-speed PDK transfers that power to the rear wheels; however, a six-speed manual is also available as a no-cost option. When equipped with the PDK, the 2022 GT3 Touring can do 0-60 miles per hour in 2.7 seconds flat and reach an impressive top speed of 199 miles per hour for the manual variant and 197 mph for the automatic.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, this 500-horsepower beast sits on massive\u00a0 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels and comes with various Touring-specific enhancements.
