If we talk about the most brilliant minds in the late 20th and early 21st century, you cannot skip the name of Elon Musk. If movie characters existed in real life, Elon Musk would probably be the equivalent of Tony Stark, with a much worse temper.<\/p>\n

Elon Musk<\/a> has a dream. He wants to colonize Mars and make it a habitable place. Thus, if humans have to leave Earth in the future, they can settle there.<\/p>\n

Currently, Musk is the third richest person globally, with an estimated net worth of $94 Billion. He is also the CEO of two companies: Tesla<\/a> and SpaceX, both of which have the same objective: save Earth.<\/p>\n

In fact, Elon seems obsessed with that idea. It has got to the point that he doesn\u2019t even care about others’ opinions about him.<\/p>\n

That being said, if you look at the most brilliant minds in history, you would indeed observe one thing: they all had an initial impossible dream, which soon turned into an obsession that drove them mad. Prodigies either die as heroes, or they live long enough to become villains. Well, sort of.<\/p>\n

This is what seems to be happenning with Elon. His dream of relocating nearly 7.7 Billion people on Mars seems impossible provided the current technology. And reports suggest that Elon\u2019s vision is turning into an obsession lately.<\/p>\n

According to a report released by Nick Bilton of The Vanity Fair, SpaceX\u2019s rockets’ performance determines the behavior of Elon three to four days after launch.<\/p>\n

It is mentioned that employees check Elon\u2019s Twitter account the first thing in the morning to judge his mood. Every employee working at SpaceX prays for the launch’s success since it means that Elon will be in a great mood for the next few days. But, if the launch is a failure for any reason, you can be in for some serious trouble. In other words, employees say that working under Elon is incredibly stressful, to say the least.<\/p>\n

Elon Musk has always been involved in controversies. In August 2018, he tweeted that he would regulate the price of Tesla private shares at $420. That was a joke, of course, referring to 4\/20, world marijuana day.<\/p>\n

Following that, he had to step down from his Chairmanship at Tesla and pay a fine of roughly $20 Million to the SEC.<\/p>\n

One of Elon Musk\u2019s acquaintances, who has closely worked with some of the most brilliant minds in Silicon Valley, confirmed that he has a highly-degenerate behavior. Specifically, the person said, \u201che literally gives no f*ck about any of the employees working under him.\u201d<\/p>\n

We can surely question the behavior, but we certainly cannot question the drive Elon has towards progress, innovation, and ultimately saving Earth. In all cases, it would still be great if he treated his employees with the respect they deserve since, after all, they are the ones making everything happen.<\/p>\n
