Now that the motorcycle has finally been unveiled, it is time to set out the details that really matter.<\/p>\n<p>The new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emanualonline.com\/blog\/tag\/trident\/\">Trident<\/a> 660 is powered by a 660CC inline-triple cylinder engine producing 81 hp at 10,250 rpm at 64 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm. A good 90% of the torque is delivered between 3,600 and 9,750 rpm, making the Trident easy to drive and comfortable for city riding. The powerplant is coupled to a 6-speed transmission with specifically designed gear ratios and final drive sprocket.<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: #ef8b09;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Read more: Triumph Recalls Motorcycles for Damaged Wire Harness<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The Trident 660 is constructed around a tubular steel frame with comfortable riding geometry at the front and a neutral seating position ideal for both amateurs and seasoned motorcyclists. Suspension duties are covered by 41 mm Showa inverted separate function forks at the front and a preload-adjustable monoshock at the rear. For more experienced riders, the Trident 660 comes with switchable traction control too. The instrument cluster is a circular dial consisting of a negative LCD display providing tachometer and speedometer readouts. When combined with Triumph&#8217;s app, the secondary TFT monitor allows features such as turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, and GoPro controls.<\/p>\n<p>The Triumph Trident 660 comes in five different colors \u2013 Crystal White with red highlights and stripes, Sapphire Black with red accents and silver lines, Matt Jet Black with a large Triumph logo, and Silver Ice with Diablo Red with a touch of Street Triple Vibes.
