No-Math Theoretical Physics, Essay I - The Time and Motion Relationship - Thomas Garcia
|I offer basic logical analysis of several well-accepted conclusions by certified heroes of science whose logic seems to have gone awry on some of their work, and note that the problem in cosmology seems to stem from the science environment that demands conformity rather than quality objectivity from the many scientists and students of physics today. I begin with the nature of time, which is of great interest to us all, simply because we are not trying to find out what time is, but we assume the great pioneers cannot be wrong about their assumptions based on observational evidence. I show some old logic from them does not hold under basic logical review. I argue objectively with factual evidence and the limits to concluding much of what scientists have taught, and what they are supposed to think, all so that they can find work and credibility in their work. I make more than a few alternative conclusions to well-accepted theories that cannot be worked out with logic. My work debates ideas from the past and from today who argue theories not with logic but on what could happen based on observations, but which cannot ever be shown to be right or wrong. I use two old thought experiments which no one I have read understands their importance then and now. I assume my arguments can stand the most rigid debates and analyses, and I try to change the direction physics is moving because we have not had any giant steps since Einstein. Author Bio: I note in the Introduction that I am a "Fan of Science" and not a scientist, but that my objectivity has led me to write about what I think is true and that which is false. In 1970, I enrolled under the GI Bill into a two-year community college to see if I could do the work, as I had dropped out of school after the tenth grade. I made the Dean's List twice and moved on to the UH for a BA in Sociology. Before that, I had several jobs after I left the military, then I completed a course in Cosmetology and worked as a hair stylist for several years. After college, I became a community activist, joined the American GI Forum and LULAC, as well as La Raza Unida Party, and worked in the struggle for a better life. I worked for the state in the Welfare Department, then for the state employment agency working as a veteran's rep until I retired.
